Booking Policy - Crimson Grand

Cancellation Policy

At Crimson Grand, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while allowing us to manage reservations effectively.

Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will not incur any cancellation charges.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 50% retention charge of the total booking value.
Cancellations made 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 75% retention charge of the total booking value.
Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival, or no-shows, will incur a 100% retention charge of the total booking value.

Payment Policy

A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Failure to complete the payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
