Cancellation Policy

At Crimson Grand, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while allowing us to manage reservations effectively.

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will not incur any cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 50% retention charge of the total booking value.
  • Cancellations made 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 75% retention charge of the total booking value.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival, or no-shows, will incur a 100% retention charge of the total booking value.

Payment Policy

  • A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid 7 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Failure to complete the payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
